How to save 50% on everything you buy
If you are buying stuff, putting it on credit, and then not paying it off right away, you can probably save 50% on everything you buy. Many people believe that they can buy what ever they want now and pay for it later. This can also be called the buy now — pain later plan.
Buying what you want when you want may seem to make sense at the time, but it can often come at a high price. Many people don’t take the time to fully consider what it costs when they buy using a credit card. When you buy now and pay later you can end up spending 50% more on your purchases, if you don’t pay the bill in full by the due date.
The next time you feel the urge to buy now and pay later, be realistic and figure out how long it will take you to pay off the purchase. Also, consider how you’ll feel 6 months after your purchase when you’re still trying to pay it off. It might all come down to a simple question: Is it still a good deal if it costs 50% more?
